BRIEF ABOUT THE BOOK
A pleasant boat trip in the archipelago suddenly turns into an absurd and brightly colored nightmare. Whether it's because of the old freighter that wandered off into the darkness, or whether the answer holds even older and darker mysteries, it's up to the sailboat gang to find out.
To crack the riddle and save the boating season, the group of friends must embark on a perilous journey through time and space, heal bruised sleeper-runners and strengthen Norwegian-Nepalese ties. Courage, cleverness and human knowledge are needed for this, ut most of all, a lot of luck and even more beer.

It tends to be a funny atmosphere when people you think you know suddenly show new talents. Meeting new people is one thing, becoming a completely different person is quite another. And that's exactly what Pekka did late one evening, in a small bay in the archipelago.
At first it was quiet, then Carlos made a poor attempt to smooth the situation, and finally Pekka took charge.
- Good evening, gentlemen, he said, and bowed deeply to the gaping snouts of the sailboat. - I have been told by my new friend Carlos here, that my name is Pekka, and that I am one of you. That is, if you're the gang, which I assume you are.
Nytteby and Higgens stared with wide eyes at the little man who spoke to them from the other side of the gangway. Wearing a black tuxedo with a bow, patent leather shoes, gold cuffs and suspenders, he was perfectly dressed for a wedding, but even worse for a boat trip. The worn sailor's cap he was wearing was indeed a boat garment, but all in all, it was a bit on the stiff side.
Welde, who had come down to help, heard the commotion and stuck her head out of the cabin.
- Wow, you are so nice, Pekka, she said. - It would be nice if you could teach Nytteby a bit about clothing too.
Pekka smiled and nodded. Nytteby did not smile.
- Have you met my new acquaintances? continued Pekka addressing the crew. - Carlos and Kråssnes, nice guys. Even Kråssnes turned out to be quite likable, even if he gives a bad first impression.
The noses in the boat were motionless. Even Welde was stunned, not by his clothing, it was fine, but by the incredibly formal way of speaking. It was unlike Pekka.
